🌦️ GAZEBO UPDATE FOR SUNDAY 🌵

We’ve decided to allow gazebos and pop-up shelters at Fiesta on the Field.

If you’re bringing one, please help us keep the site safe and make sure everyone can enjoy the stage:

✅ Gazebos must be properly secured
✅ Please keep them to the sides of the field
✅ Keep them well away from the stage area
✅ Make sure they do not block or restrict anyone’s view

We’ll have plenty of people wanting a clear view of the acts throughout the day, so please be considerate when choosing where to set up.

Hopefully the weather behaves itself, but if you do want to bring a gazebo, you’re welcome to do so as long as it’s secure and positioned responsibly.

Bag checks will be in operation at the entrance to Fiesta on the Field.

Please allow a little extra time when arriving and have your bags ready to be checked so we can keep entry moving as smoothly as possible.

A few quick reminders:

🚫 No alcohol may be brought into the event
🚫 No glass
🚫 No fireworks or sparklers
🐕 Registered assistance dogs only
🎪 No gazebos or pop-up shelters
