!MEET THE ACTS NUMBER 5!

Started on the 14th of May 2022 in Durham, United Kingdom, ƎXIT is a three-piece Alternative Rock/Nu-gaze band consisting of Guitarist and Vocalist Lucas Clark, Drummer Aaron Stephenson and Bassist Jack Race. With a diverse range of influences from genres such as Shoegaze, Grunge and Nu-Metal, ƎXIT manages to have a unique yet digestible sound, with raw vocals, catchy guitar riffs and powerful drums.

!MEET THE ACTS NUMBER 4!

The Larches are a band formed in late 2021, but have been playing as a five piece ever since early 2023. Drawing influence from Arctic Monkeys, Korn, Queens of the Stone Age, The Strokes and many more. Moving forward they are looking to play a unique sound, taking influences from shoegaze, punk and overall heavier genres and artists.
Their first EP, titled 'The Larches' was released in February 2024.

!INTRODUCING THE ACTS DAY ONE!

Genre: Acoustic/Indie/Roots
Northern Singer/Songwriter Timmy Whitehouse has been likened to Bob Mould (Sugar) and Noel Gallagher (Oasis) for his catchy song writing and singing styles with his baggy indie roots shining through for all to hear.

Timmy has been a solo performer since 2009 and has enjoyed some wonderful gigs including supporting both Chris Helme of 90s band The Seahorses October 2009 and Mark Morriss from 90s band The Bluetones in March 2010.

Timmy has had a vast gigs history including festivals around North Yorkshire including Beamish Live, Radio Aycliffe’s Festival, Durham Dubber’s, Mighty Dubs Fest, Volkspower, Dubs In The Dales and more recently Field Of Dreams festival at York in 2021.
Historically Timmy has also supported Teesside Legends – The Amazing Spacefrogs, The Hangmen, The Clashed & The New Age Jam to name but a few.

Timmy has recently been interviewed on Nova Radio in Newcastle and is due to play an event at Middlesbrough Town Hall in March 2024.

Alongside his gigging career he has had two of his own songs charted at No.1 in the unsigned acoustic charts online at soundclick.com for the as the most popular songs in their genre.
