A friendly and encouraging dance school offering high quality tuition in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Acrobatics, Street, Cheerdance, Singing, Drama, Parent and Toddler, Pilates and Zumba. From ages 18 months to Adult, pupils of all abilities are welcome. We take part in shows, festivals, exams and community events. Our aim at SB Dance is to not only teach dance but to develop confidence, social skills and to make members feel part of our dance family.

At Blossom Ballerinas, we believe those first experiences of dance should be filled with joy, imagination, encouragement and lots of little smiles!

Our specially designed classes introduce children to the wonderful world of dance in a warm, caring and nurturing environment, where every little dancer is encouraged to grow in confidence, develop new skills and discover the magic of movement. ✨

🌸 BABY BLOSSOMS | Ages 2–4
A lovely introduction to dance alongside a parent or grown-up! Through music, movement, imagination and play, we begin developing coordination, musicality and confidence.

🌸 BLOSSOM BALLERINAS | Ages 3–6
The next exciting steps towards becoming an independent little dancer! Our Ballet, Tap and Jazz classes introduce the foundations of dance technique whilst continuing to nurture creativity, confidence and a love of performing.

🩰 THE ART OF BALLET 🩰

Ballet is so much more than learning the steps. As dancers progress through their training, we work not only on what the body is doing, but on how the movement is expressed.

✨ The quality and flow of each movement
✨ Musicality and phrasing
✨ The use of the head, eyes and épaulement
✨ Breath and expression
✨ The connection between one movement and the next

This is artistry - taking strong classical technique and using it to create movement that feels effortless, expressive and meaningful.

Here, two of our senior dancers perform part of the beautiful RAD Advanced 1 Port de Bras, where control, coordination and placement are combined with musicality and expression.

At this level, it isn’t simply about achieving the correct positions. It’s about allowing the music to travel through the whole body and giving every movement intention.

Technique gives a dancer the tools. Artistry brings the dancing to life. 🩰✨

✨ ASSOCIATE TRAINING ✨

The start of the year has certainly been a busy one for some of our pupils, as they have returned to their Associate programmes or begun exciting new programmes for the very first time! 🩰💫

We are incredibly proud to see so many of our dancers seeking additional training opportunities in the areas they are most passionate about. Associate programmes are a wonderful way to complement their regular training - giving dancers the chance to experience specialist coaching, explore different styles and approaches to teaching, challenge themselves in a new environment and meet new friends who share the same passion. 💗

A wonderful day at the LA Lyrical Championship! 💜

We are so proud of every one of our dancers who took to the stage today. Each of you danced beautifully, showing so much emotion, artistry and performance, and it was a pleasure to watch you all. ✨

And what an incredible set of results for our Seniors! Our only two Senior entries came away as Champion and Runner Up! 🏆👏

What a wonderful day for our ballerinas at the LA Ballet Championship! 🩰💗

We were so proud of every one of our dancers who took to the stage today. Each of them performed beautifully, showing not only their classical technique, but also the artistry, confidence and performance quality we love to see developing in our dancers.

✨ RAD CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION! ✨

A lovely moment for our students as they finally received their Royal Academy of Dance certificates from the exams they took back in June! 🩰🎓

These certificates represent so much more than an exam result - they reflect months of hard work, commitment, determination and progress in the studio last year.

We are incredibly proud of every dancer who took part in our summer RAD exam session 💕 A huge congratulations to you! 🌟

We are already seeing fabulous work as the pupils have now started training for their next grade.

✨ UKA PERFORMER OF THE YEAR 2026 ✨

What a brilliant weekend we have had with our wonderful dance team! 💗

UKA Performer of the Year is such a fantastic event, run in an audition-style format where dancers really have to step out onto that stage, perform with confidence and push themselves to find that extra bit of magic that makes them stand out. ✨

And our dancers certainly gave it their ALL! We are incredibly proud of every single one of them for the energy, commitment and performance they brought to the stage. Watching them support and cheer each other on makes us equally as proud. 🥰

We also love making this event into a full team weekend away! Shopping on Saturday, a party night, hotel stay and lots of fun and laughter along the way! 🛍️💃🏼🎉 It’s so lovely to see all of our different age groups mixing together, friendships growing and memories being made away from the studio.

A HUGE thank you to our amazing teachers who have worked so hard preparing our dancers for this event. The time, energy and care that goes into getting everyone stage-ready is hugely appreciated. ❤️

A weekend full of dancing, friendship, fun and wonderful memories with our SB team.
