Can I just say today was a 10am-9pm long day with 5 classes and over 6 hours of teaching, but this sea of happy faces made as otherwise knackeirng day more manageable

Pilates x3, TUF and my 2 hours kids creative summer school, all on a Monday!

Mondays dancers tho what a brilliant bloody time had by all! And a massive welcome to Eden for joining her first class with us!

And pilates after was brilliant too, a big welcome to Emma on her first class!!

Lovely time with the gals tonight and an amazing SIX brilliant newbies at pilates, every one of whom did brilliantly and picked things up so quickly!

Also massive welcome to Sasha for her first Turn'd Up and first Pilates with me, with this and Burlywhirls you'll be dancing with us foreverrrrr ❤️❤️❤️

And note to self, always give Leigh a feather boa cos she grins from ear to ear!

Also after 3 mat pilates classes in one day full of demoing I can honestly say my body is feeeeeeeeliiiiiing iiiiiitttttttttttt!!

I was the reddest person on the planet after that class and it wasn't even hot out, proof I am just not built for any weather tbh what can I say 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
