Ballet barre & pilates was immense!

Our first class and brand new to everyone, every week we'll focus on adding something new and improving your skills so before long you'll remember your placement positions and shapes, and we'll up the intensity with some extra burnt things!

Spaces however are now very limited as you can see the barre fills up quickly! So if you want to join us be sure to book asap!

Barre Ballet & Pilates (I can't help keep changing the order of the name 😂) starts TONIGHT!!

How exciting! it's been 6 years since I first taught Barre all during COVID, now it's back in person with some added extras! The good burn, poise position & control, core work & lengthening and lots of bits in-between ❤️

Absolute beginners don't be put off as we'll be very much starting from scratch for the next few weeks so this is perfect for you, a safe fun friendly adult only workout class to wind down your Monday night!

Bring a mat if you have one and you don't need anything ballet related (tho you're welcome to bring it), you just need socks!

Mat pilates with me is back! Huzzah!

My classes at Everlast are continuing as normal 3 times a week, but at my smaller private group classes you'll get a tailored more in-depth experience, as well as a chance to use props you don't have in the gym!

Join me for an all level (tho mainly beginner/improver) contemporary Pilates class, lengthening and building strength, flexibility; understanding what your body can do!

Props include rings, bands, weights, balls and more and will be provided but feel free to bring your own!

Booking must be made in advance and a parq completes before attending - if you have or are recovering from an illness, condition or injury, please drop me a message first!

Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing that you can lie down in!

Please note the studio is on the 1st floor accessible by stairs only
