IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

It's so wonderful to keep receiving lots of enquiries, however, I wanted to let everyone know that although the Catherine Victoria Academy is still offering private tuition, the academy choir is not currently active. Catherine would like to thank all the children and parents and guardians who joined and supported the choir from 2017 - 2023.

"Leading the Voice Your Voice choir in Formby has been one of the highlights of my career. I have been so lucky to have directed such talented young singers, and their successes speak for themselves. For now, the choir has folded whilst I focus on research and my role at a wonderful stage school as Head of Singing, and I'm lucky enough to be continue my keen interest in choral work with the Royal Philharmonic children's choir. One day I may direct my own choir again, but for now, please keep singing and thank you for being such a special part of my musical life".

May I take this moment to apologise to any enquiries made over the summer. Unfortunately, I was admitted to hospital and I am now in recovery after dealing with a serious illness and major, unexpected operation. This means I have not been able to respond to many enquiries, however, I do hope to get back to you in the next few days 🙏

I would like to thank my academy tutors and industry professional friends in advance for the support they will be giving me this term at the academy in order to continue bringing the BEST quality of lessons to our students! 🎵🎭🎤⭐️🎸
