Race report from NG Road Racing at Oulton Park
Friday was a mixed bag of weather, I missed a few sessions to only having one set of wets fir the full weekend.
Saturday arrived, I had decided to run two groups, JSS and open 500.

JSS qualified 6th on the grid.
In race 1 I had a good few battles with other riders but unfortunately finished 8th.
Onto race 2, I had a good start however on lap 5 I ran out of fuel.....again! (I'm on the lookout for a new mechanic, only kidding dad Dean Wingate)

Open 500 qualified 5th in class
Race 1 I had a good start and was battling throughout the race. Coming over the line in 3rd by 0.011
Race 2, another fantastic start and I felt i was able to push on, I was gaining on the those in front but unfortunately the race was red flagged due to the weather. However I finished in 3rd again

Overall a very positive race for the final race weekend.

I was also lucky enough to be involved in a photo shoot with all the other female riders in NG a very big thank you to RK Photography Liverpool for kindly taking them.

Well we always post the positive stuff on social media, however as many of you know I have struggled with my health this year. I have taken it day by day which has been extremely difficult.
No one talks about the relentless doctors and hospital appointments, the fatigue, the on going pain and headaches. The brain fog and the strain on your mental health.
Well yesterday I had a diagnosis of endometriosis, which honestly is a real smack in the teeth.
But I will be back fighting and stronger than ever once this is under control!
Please don't think this is a sympathy post its just a post to keep all my followers upto date🏁🏍

12th & 13th September I raced Donington Park with NG Racing.
After the track day on the Friday I felt good so I decided to race two different classes the Junior Supersport class and the open 500.

Race 1 P2 🥈
Race 2 P4
Race 3 DNF

There was mixed conditions throughout the weekend, but I felt confident throughout
The training and support from California Superbike School UK has definitely helped with my confidence!
So happy with a 2nd in class in the open 500, unfortunately I wasn't able to finish race 3 as my dad Dean Wingate forgot to put any petrol in the bike!

Last week I rode under the awning with NW Racing at Snetterton with Bemsee in the Team Green Junior Cup.
This weekend was all about enjoying being back on the bike, learning new techniques and having fun.
Some great battles throughout the weekend, and some great results, betting my PB by quite a few seconds!
I was even lucky enough to win a spot prize on Saturday

Just given the bike a clean at Thruxton Race Circuit after a dirty wet practice day yesterday using Cyko accelerated bike cleaner. It was our first time using this product and we can say we're very impressed. It even smells nice too

Recently I completed the last of this year's California Superbike School UK at Bedford Autodrome.

Last Wednesday I joined California Superbike School UK for more training this time Oulton Park.
Another great day, and thanks to Jane Adshead for arranging the zerofit skins. Looking forward to trying them out!

Donington Park last weekend, early bath.
Last weekend with Bemsee in the Team Green Junior Cup I joined the NW Racing team for a wildcard ride.
I improved throughout the weekend as the laptimes tumbled and i really felt I had the pace running almost 3 seconds a lap faster than I ever had before.
Race 1 I managed a 6th with the top 9 riders all lapping within a second of each other.
I started race 2 full of confidence, knowing I had the pace but tucked the front at McLeans towards the end of the race and unfortunately that was that for the weekend.
Loads of positives taken from the weekend though.
With the help from Nick Weston and the team I left Donnington a bit battered and bruised but brimming with confidence and excited for the next race. It was great to get a visit from Riz at ARN Race Leathers and I can't thank him enough for the leathers keeping me safe.
