Paintings are usually 33cm x 25cm or 51cm x 32cm image size mounted and framed in simple light wood frames.
I have also recently been painting in oils as well and these will be added to the albums section.

This will probably be my last open studios event and it would be lovely to see old faces and new over the few days from Fri 22nd May to Mon 25th May for a blether and refreshments. My studio will of course be available to any visitors after that by prior arrangement for those of you who cannot manage this coming few days.

It was supposed to be a quick one of a white cottage on Ulva from Mull but took much longer and a lot of changes before I had something I was almost happy with.

I love painting lighthouses as many have probably already noticed. I guess it is the way that they connect the land and the sea with the sky.
This is at Fishnish on Mull whilst waiting for the ferry to Lochaline after a very wet week but with occasional glimpses of sunshine
