✨NEW CLASS: Ballet Conditioning & Barre✨

I’m excited to introduce a new class: Ballet Conditioning & Barre!💪🏼

This class is designed to support both current dancers and those completely new to ballet.

If you already dance, this class offers focused conditioning to help improve strength, stability, stamina, alignment, and overall performance.

If you have always wanted to try ballet but felt intimidated joining a regular ballet class, this is an ideal starting point. You will build strength, body awareness, and confidence while learning foundational ballet movement in a supportive environment.

🩰Class structure (45 minutes):

– Mat Release & Conditioning
A series of low-impact exercises focusing on:
- core strength
- posture and alignment
- hip stability and turnout support
- flexibility and mobility
- release work to improve movement quality

- Ballet Barre
Accessible barre exercises to develop:
- leg and foot strength
- balance and coordination
- stamina
- ballet foundations and technique awareness

🩰Who is this class for?
- complete beginners
- those preparing to join ballet technique classes
- dancers wanting extra conditioning and injury prevention support
- anyone looking for elegant, mindful full-body training

Suitable for all levels. No experience necessary!
