It’s been a month of exhibitions so far and now starting final preparations for Textile Fusion at Farfield Mill, Sedbergh , Cumbria running from Wed 16th September to 20th December.
It’s a real pleasure to have a solo show there again after a 4 yr gap and delighted to be alongside Cumbrian Collective the Wool Clip who have a 25 yr Celebratory exhibition running at the same time.
I will start posting images of exhibition work over the next few weeks to give some examples of what will be going up . First up is a beach trio . All created from collected / waste yarns with shells, fossils etc incorporated. Wooden screen an Oxfam purchase .

🎨 The Royal Society of British Artists Open Call is NOW OPEN!

Artists are invited to submit work for exhibition alongside members of the Royal Society of British Artists at the RBA Annual Exhibition 2027!

Founded in 1823, the RBA champions skill, draughtsmanship and traditional techniques, while continuing to provide a platform for both established and emerging artists.

There are some incredible prizes and awards on offer this year, including the Huaicun Zhang Award for Excellence of £10,000, offered to a work of exceptional quality!

Tracy Levine's atmospheric mixed media painting 'Wonderland' is on show as part of The Lake Artists Society Summer Exhibition in Grasmere. Open daily 10.30 - 4.30. Now in its last week, closing on 9th September.
