Tai Chi back at the White House in Marske.

Fridays 9.30-10.30am. The White House in Marske (near main roundabout in village square). £4.00. We will be studying the famous Yang family Tai Chi, Qi Gong (energy work) and meditation.
Ive put over 50s as its a gentle session as apposed to a more martial class but all welcome. £4.00
