Videos, Books & Kits Candle by Events is the candle-making experience company based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

We run weekly events all around candle-making in our Marlow studio plus other venues across the country. Founded in 2008 by Sarah Ditchfield, the business started off producing candles for shops, hotels and restaurants. In 2012 we built our candle-making studio and began running in-person workshops for beginners plus themed candle-making events around Easter, Christmas and other celebrations. We a

lso run children parties, family fun days, hen parties and corporate team building events - all around candle-making. Besides hands-on candle-making we coach and support candle-making entrepreneurs helping them set up their own successful businesses. In addition to our in-person workshops we run online courses - our beginner's online workshop provides all the equipment and materials you need (shipped FREE to your door) together with a LIVE online workshop and videos, etc. taking you step-by-step through all the techniques to learn and make lots of fabulous candles at home. This is augmented with access to the Masterclass group, regular live online webinars and other online offerings where you learn new techniques and where we help them solve any candle-making challenges. Our founder has written two candle-making books published by Dorling Kindersley and Search Press, which can be purchased in book shops and online.

Having spent almost two decades running in-person workshops, we’re now focusing on online video workshops, books and kits.
