Today we are 12 years old.

With 14 different locations in that time (can you name them all?)

Many children and their families through our various doors, challenges more than most, fire, roof collapses, flooding issues, COVID closures, Zoom classes, re-builds, re-furbs, re-brands.
Competition Teams, chaperones, champions and masses of growth.

And I wouldn't change a single negative emotion or moment that created the challenges we faced, without those experiences we wouldn't have built the resilience and determination to continue to strive for the excellence we are achieving in classes and beyond.

Thank you to everyone over those years for the support, those that helped me set the boundaries, the believers, the foundation makers, the instillers and the dancers who turned up with passion to realise the dream was possible.

It has been a long road that often seemed impossible to navigate but with the right people reading the map we have found out way and it's been worth it.

Working on our communication, diction and performance in classes this week.

By playing a simple game we were using our facial expressions, emotions and turning up the volume in our tone without even realising we were doing it.

The energy in the room was lifted and matched by each opponent.

We learned about how different people communicate and understand instructions given for corrections and will be implementing the new skills we learned into our rehearsals.
