The homemade baking was a real treat over the weekend, keeping everyone warm and cosy during the wet and windy weather. ☔🍰💨

There was plenty of chatter over a cup of tea and some delicious cakes, while we listened to the rain outside. Did anyone else hear those thunderstorms? ⛈️⚡

Sometimes there’s nothing better than homemade treats, good company and a cosy atmosphere to brighten up a stormy day. ❤️

Our residents had a lovely afternoon enjoying a few games of bingo! 🥳🎱 There were lots of laughs, plenty of excitement and, of course, some very competitive players! 😂

It was wonderful seeing everyone getting involved, cheering each other on and enjoying some good old-fashioned fun together. ❤️

Well done to all our winners — and don’t worry if you didn’t win this time… there’s always the next game! 😁❤️

One of our lovely residents is hoping to adopt a budgie or canary to keep them company and bring a little extra joy into their day. 🥰

If anyone knows of a budgie or canary looking for a loving new home, we would love to hear from you!

Ideally, the bird would need to come with its cage and all necessary accessories.

Maureen and I had a lovely time making some delicious homemade bread this morning using our bread-making machine! 🥖❤️

We added all the ingredients, got the machine going and waited patiently for the lovely smell of freshly baked bread to fill the room. 😋

A lovely activity, and we can’t wait to enjoy the finished loaf! 🍞💕

What a fantastic day we had at our Summer Fete filled with sunshine, laughter, and community spirit! ❤️

We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of stalls, games, treats, and entertainment, bringing together residents, families, friends, and our amazing local supporters. 🌼🍰🎯
