As some of you know 'Brooksies' is named after my wonderful Dad, John Brooks, who we lost very suddenly nearly 3 years ago. Naming my company after him has been my way of keeping him with me on my journey and this year I would like to raise some money for the British Heart Foundation... so with some help from some INCREDIBLE Brooksies parents... we invite you all to our Charity Murder Mystery evening! Acting could be questionable... laughs are guaranteed... but most importantly every penny will be going to charity! In all the excitement of LAMDA results, I forgot that yesterday was officially Brooksies 2nd Birthday! And what a 2 years it’s been! 48 children, 4 shows, holiday camps and LAMDA exams! I can’t explain how grateful I am to everyone who helps make this happen- my incredible friends and family, the completely supportive parents and of course the fantastic cast of children that I get to work with. Summer term brings Cinderella and Rockerfella, A Midsummer Camps Dream and the parents are getting involved for a Charity Murder Mystery evening to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my wonderful Dad! (All details will be shared soon!) Here’s to many more years of Brooksies… I’ve never loved a job more! 🥂 🎭✨

I am beyond proud to announce that all 14 LAMDA exams taken in March have been graded as distinction!! What an incredible group of children who should all be so so proud of themselves! Well done Team Brooksies! On to the next ones! ✨🎭

Words cannot express how proud I am of these children. 6 months ago they hadn’t even heard of LAMDA exams and today they completed grade 1 in either Acting or Speaking in Public (or both!) They all came out beaming with pride and my smile is still spread from ear to ear! Well done you incredible lot!! Let’s go Brooksies ✨ 🎭!
