Experimenting with gelli plate printing at this week's Print Social. Gelli plates are unique in that they allow you to print with acrylic paint, which is too fast drying for most other print processes. They also allow you to press objects like leaves into the ink surface, which leaves an impression that will come out in the following print. We had mixed results, so any top tips welcome!

In this two day workshop you will explore experimental approaches to linocut. Taking a playful approach, you will discover new ways to carve, ink and print. Participants should come with an open mind about what they will produce.

Our last workshop in our current building at before we move back up the road to Cliftonville in a couple of weeks! Another wonderful group of people who produced some lovely prints. We're going to miss this space with its colourful structures and the screams from the rollercoaster. We will be reopening in mid April in our new space (more on that soon...)
