On Saturday we had to pleasure of a special performance by Pavel Kolesnikov and Samson Tsoy for Johnnie Shand Kydd’s exhibition Ramsholt to TKE Studios in Margate.
Pavel and Samson created the most beautiful programme of music in response to Johnnie’s photography:
Alle Menschen müßen sterben,
Alles Fleisch vergeht wie Heu;
Was da lebet, muß verderben,
Soll es anders werden neu.
All people must die,
All flesh passes away like grass;
Whatever lives must perish,
If it is to become new again.
