Obviously, curated kits are available but some of us want to curate our own also!

Mixing and matching from stash etc can be super budget friendly, because already purchased yarn is FREE, right?

My MKAL palette loading ..

This year, I’m using 6 x 50g skeins of West Wool Tricycle .. in colours Red Hot, Beatrix, Bianca, Fushia, Blue Spruce & Copenhagen, along with 1 x handdyed by me .. Hi-Viz Orange .. and 1 x Punk Rock Unicorn in colourway SelfLove

Two additional greys are waiting in the wings .. because you never know!

All the yarn was purchased in Amsterdam Stephen And Penelope in Nov 2024 on a long weekend trip, which I have been saving in stash for the perfect time .. this is that time!

I have also added potential beads to my palette .. 4mm Chinese Crystals from in colours Black Diamond, Topaz and Bronze

I’m now ITCHING to cast on .. and October 1st can’t come soon enough!
