Margo in Margate presents Sisters with Secrets this weekend at the Pie Factory, transforming the gallery into a space of quiet revelation, collective memory, and unspoken truths. At the heart of the exhibition is the idea that secrets are not signs of weakness, but evidence of survival — stories held back, swallowed, protected, or carried in silence. Through painting, print, and installation, Margo invites visitors into an environment where confession becomes a form of release and solidarity.

This weekend will welcome Brighter Days Market to the gallery. This locally curated and popular market is a wonderful way for you to meet and buy work from Thanet based independent makers, artisans and craftspeople. Brighter Days will fill the space with a fantastic selection of quality hand-crafted items for you to purchase and take home.

A Stroke of Luck is showing at the gallery this weekend, a wonderful exhibition presented by Sam and his daughter Daisy.

“Last year, our world shifted when I had a stroke. Inspired by my 10-year-old daughter Daisy’s love and creativity, fear and uncertainty were soon replaced with laughter, hope, and more than a little bit of paint. With Daisy, her brother Oscar, and my wife Ella by my side, I found calm, joy and recovery in the most magical place.”

Margate Obscura, a group exhibition from seven Margate adjacent artists, is currently showing at the gallery and runs until 14th July.

"We cast our forms across the walls of the Pie Factory, transforming images through the apertures of our eyes.

This weekend Nagual Creations presents ‘Blacklight to Daylight- A Retrospective’. The gallery has been transformed, to showcase the incredible work by Philip Long, the artist behind Nagual Creations. While the front galleries display his vibrant oil paintings, the back two galleries are filled with a selection of oil and UV-reactive paintings, meaning visitors can experience the work as it was designed to be shown. Philip’s giant florescent paintings were originally designed for underground London warehouse parties in the early 90s, and have gone on to be exhibited around the globe.

We are delighted that Philip has utilized the back darker rooms of our gallery in such a unique way, and we thoroughly recommend popping in to see the work for yourself.

The exhibition runs until Tuesday, open every day 10am to 6pm (1pm Tues).

This weekend, Lucy McGeown presents her solo show, Sunkissed Blunders. This exhibition brings together the past few years of work, encompassing paintings, drawings, sculptural installation and archival ephemera.

South East Artists are celebrating 20 years with an exhibition showcasing the work of over 60 artists, for the next two weeks at Pie Factory Gallery.

This is a unique opportunity to see the wealth of talent SEAS has to offer – including Printmaking, Painting, 3D, Photography, Ceramics and Mixed Media.

Open every day until 11th, 10am to 5pm.

The artist collective Neon Bue Tales returns to the Pie Factory this weekend with their fourth group show. The artists, Annie Taylor, Clair Meyrick, Meg Wroe and Stephanie Crossley (standing in for Neon Blue Tales regular Bev Sage), each bring a different creative energy to the show, filling this interesting space in a unique way.

Using paint, print, mixed media, textiles, spoken word and poetry, their work complements each other while transforming the space into a place of wonder. They have all exhibited widely as individual artists, but together their work resonates and complements each other.

Open daily 11am to 5pm.

Private View tonight between 6pm and 8pm.

Poetry and storytelling session on Sunday between 4pm and 6pm.

Megan the Printmaker will be in the gallery this Easter weekend, presenting her show 'Words of Wisdom'.

Megan Seymour-Jones, born in Norwich and raised on the Isle of Sheppey, studied Fine Art at the University of the Arts Canterbury and Bournemouth Arts University. Her current work creatively utilizes newspaper letters to reframe proverbs, exploring the clichés that emerge from their evolution through repeated usage.

The gallery is open 9am to 5pm and this show runs until 21st April

Tobies Hodson is currently showing his beautiful exhibition 'Parrots Flowers and Rockpools' at Pie Factory.

From the artist: "This is my first show in five years, covering a range of mark making from watercolour to oil and experimental work with multimedia and painting directly onto glass. The transition from Ireland, where we lived for twenty-five years, to Ramsgate has required significant adjustment, but I love being able to walk to my studio."

Open until 15th April, from 10am until 6pm every day.
