Following on from the Priors Well situation, we hosted our first relocated gig at Legends Sports Bar and Lounge. It was important to us before we made any further commitment that venue was right for us, bands, you lot, and also that the venue was happy too.
Well we loved it there. The team are very supportive. The feedback from the bands and you lot has been overwhelmingly positive. Also the venue thought we’re all a lovely bunch too and are keen to welcome us back!
Based on that, I went for a meeting there yesterday, and we are going to be moving everything we can there, subject to it being a suitable capacity and current availability at the venue. Some prices may have to alter, but only very slightly but any tickets already purchased will be honoured at the existing prices.
A couple of the larger events where we require a larger capacity to make the maths work, we will strive to find a bigger location but at some point we may have to alter lineups to make it work but we’re keen to put on everything we’re committing to where possible.
We will be working this week on jiggling everything in, and redoing artwork and updating the ticketing pages and Facebook event pages. If you want to keep up to date with specific events, please mark yourself as going or interested to them on our events tab on our page.
I’m sure you’ll all agree, and especially those who came out on Saturday this is really positive news and puts us all (us as promoters, you as consumers of awesome live music) in a fantastic positive position compared to 3 weeks ago.
