💗 OMIGOD YOU GUYS… THE CAST IS HERE!

The votes are in, the wigs are out, and we are SO excited to announce the company for MAODS’s production of Legally Blonde The Musical! ✨

Huge congratulations to everyone joining the cast — our production team had a seriously tough job this time, there was just SO much talent in that audition room. Bend and snap to every single person who came along and gave it their all. 👏

🐾 WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR CANINE STARS! 🐾

Mansfield Operatics needs TWO four-legged performers for our upcoming production of Legally Blonde The Musical at Mansfield Palace Theatre!

We’re searching for:
🐕 A friendly, confident Chihuahua (or Chihuahua-type) to play Bruiser Woods — Elle’s iconic companion
🐾 A calm, well-behaved Bulldog (or Bulldog-type) to play Rufus — Paulette’s lovable pal

Previous stage experience isn’t essential, but your dog should be comfortable around people, lights, music and applause. Owners will need to attend rehearsals and performances.

Director Cassey says: “Bruiser and Rufus are among the audience’s favourite characters in Legally Blonde. We’re excited to offer local dog owners the opportunity to be part of this fantastic production!”

🎉 What a wonderful evening at our AGM and social night!

We celebrated the success of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory , cheered on our society award winners, and had the most special moment of all — our NODA rep Martin Holtom NODA East Midlands - Amateur Theatre in your region presenting our Life President Pam with her 60 YEAR award for dedication to amateur theatre.

Sixty years, Pam! You are simply incredible! 🏆
