Whilst doing an incredible job on Brantham litter pick this morning, these fab 3 took the time to have a selfie 🛹😍🛹

Although we've reached the target with Sport England, the crowdfunder is still open to donations. Every extra penny we get will go towards giving kids like these an even better, free to use, not adult lead sports facility.

As you may have seen we were asked to be on TV last week and the lovely reporter from came down to chat to us about the park and our fundraising. A huge thank you to all the parents who at short notice came down to the lower playing field with their kids to be part of the recording and interview! THANK YOU! X

It’s full steam ahead now with planning and design discussions to happen, we’ll keep you posted! 💪

This is my beautiful friend without her, Brantham skatepark would not have got to this point. About a year ago she asked if she could do anything to help. I'm not entirely sure she knew what she was asking & how involved I would make her 😂

Her social media skills are off the scale, she gained most of these through starting & running her own incredible business which I cannot recommend enough! If you've got pre schoolers, you must check it out.

She completely took over the social media side of things & that took the project up a massive notch. I had no idea how to do this.
I've lost count of the hours shes give up, the time she's spent listening to me, calming me when I've felt overwhelmed, given me confidence when the haters have hit out online! Even getting her own business to give me hours for free to get press releases out ❤️ Some days she must have 50 or more messages & voice notes but she never moans, not to my face anyway 😂 She's always there for me.

The colour run is still one of the biggest high days & without her it would never have been the success it was.

She is one amazing human.

So I thank you Vicki ❤️ I thank you without end & I am so proud to say I have made a beautiful friend for life! (Whether you like it or not 😂)

One step closer!!! With huge huge excitement we can confirm that the skatepark project has today been awarded a £20,000 🤩 grant from program - this is the maximum grant they allocate for grassroots projects and we couldn’t be happier! This will boost our pot and puts us in a super position for launching our crowdfunding program in the new year!

We can’t take any credit for this one though, the application and paperwork was all organised by the ever amazing Sarah Keyes from Brantham Parish Council and we couldn’t be more grateful to her - she’s getting a big mince pie and 🍷 from us this Christmas!

What a way to end our super busy year of fundraising and campaigning. Roll on 2026 and hopefully by this time next year we might have a skatepark being built! 🤞
