How do you word a post that announces the end of a much-loved business?
Do you start by expressing gratitude to all of the artists for their hard work, or perhaps by reminiscing over how it began, all of those years ago? Do you quote the immortal words of Ted ‘Theodore’ Logan and say “I believe our adventure through time has taken a most serious turn”?
All of those things, I could do for hours, but what I would really like to say, is thank you.
Thank you to every client who brought in their fun design ideas, and stories, and heartfelt friendship. Thank you to every artist, and staff member, who spent time in this studio, and who added something unique in their own way. Thank you to all of our friends and families, who have supported us in our endeavours at Redwood.
All businesses have their ups and downs, in much the same way life does, but we have had an amazing run here on Lever Street, and as we step off this awesome six year wave that we have been on, and disperse towards our new adventures, it brings me real happiness to remember that.
