Christmas is in full swing here at Stanley Square and there's no stopping us with a full weekend of FREE festive fun for all the family.
First up is Our Kids Social and Josh and Nelly reindeer trail where we need the people of Sale to round up those reindeers! The trail takes place from Sat 18th Dec to Tues 21st Dec (10am-4pm) but you must pick up your trail sheet from Josh and Nelly's first!
Then on Saturday at 4pm we're welcoming down the Little Belters who'll be singing their festive tunes to get us all feeling super Christmassy.

Join Altrina, Altrincham’s Good Witch, for family fun this October Half-Term 🧙
This Halloween Altrincham’s Business Improvement District (The BID) has organised a bumper week of fantastic family half-term fun with a FREE family town trail, children’s Spooky Silent Discos with ‘Our Kids Social’ and ‘Explore Altrincham’ Family Ghost Tours with Jonathan Schofield.
Altrina, the good witch of Altrincham, is holding a Halloween Ball. Help her to find the dancing skeletons and solve their riddles. When you have solved all the riddles return to the start to collect your Halloween treat. ☠️💀
The FREE family town trail takes place from Tuesday 26th – Friday 29th October (10:00-16:00). Pick up a trail sheet from the ‘Not So Secret Garden’ in the Stamford Quarter, Altrincham (WA14 1RH) or from Altrincham Interchange (Platform 4).
There will be Spooky Silent Discos on Friday 29th October at the Best Western Cresta Court Hotel, Church St, Altrincham (WA14 4DP). 🎧
There are two sessions taking place at 11:30-12:30 and 13:00-14:00, tickets are just £3.95 per person and include the disco and themed games with prizes, plus Addams family photo frame. There will also be face painting for perfect Halloween pics! Fancy dress is optional. Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite.
If you would like to find out about Altrincham’s spooky past, join award-winning tour guide Jonathan Schofield for ‘Explore Altrincham’ Family Ghost Tour on Friday 29th or Saturday 30th October (18:00-19:00).
Jonathan will lead you through the streets of Altrincham uncovering the ghostly stories and horrible haunts from bygone days. This spectacularly spooky tour is suitable for the whole family but recommended for children aged 10+. Tickets are available on Eventbrite and cost £5 per person. 👻
