Rogue Artists' Studios & Project Space CIC Rogue Artists' Studios is located in the former Varna Street school buildings in Higher Openshaw, east Manchester.

Currently home to 90+ contemporary artists it is the largest artists’ studios in the north west.

Meet our Studio Artist and Co-Director of Rogue Artists Studios, Martin Nash, ahead of our Open Studios on Saturday 19th September.

Martin is a painter, print-maker and sculptor. He has been exhibiting since 1981 and has completed numerous commissions, both corporate and for public spaces. He has been a member of Rogue since 1997.

Come and discover Martin"s work, alongside artists across the studios, at our Open Studios on Saturday 19th September 12 till 8pm with after party.

Meet our Studio Artist, Angela Fox, ahead of our Open Studios on Saturday.

Angela is a mixed-media artist creating a dialogue about life with a long-term illness. Her work highlights the pressures placed on the sick to conform with Sontag’s concept of ‘the kingdom of the well’.

Her practice combines analogue paper collage with image editing in Procreate. The edited images are then printed onto fabric using the sublimation printing process.
