Meet our Studio Artist, Nicole Prior ahead of our Open Studios on Saturday 19th September 12 till 8pm with after party.

Nicole Prior's work investigates the relationship between humans and technology, creating interactive experiences that reveal the invisible ways media, data, and digital systems influence our thoughts, actions, and connections with each other.

- Interactive installation at FACT Liverpool
- Nicole’s digital installation LAB_our (a play on ‘laboratory’ and ‘artificial labour’) mimics the ways corporations collect user data, raising questions around data ownership and consent in commerce, and how it could be used in the future.

Meet our Studio Artist, Alex Bloom, Furniture Designer And Maker 💡 , ahead of our Open Studios on Saturday 19th September 12 till 8pm with after party.

Alex creates large acrylic pours inspired by sound, mathematics and the space between control and chaos.
Every painting begins with precision and ends somewhere I couldn't have predicted.

You can find Alex in the garden studios at Rogue.

Meet our Studio Artist, Daniel Simpkins , Kunstruct / art / exhibitions , ahead of our Open Studios on Saturday 19th September 12 till 8pm with after party.

Kunstruct is based in the basement at Rogue, where there's a fantastic workshop. Kunstruct is a Manchester-based creative business specialising in technical production services for the arts, community and cultural sectors - offering everything from consultation and planning, to design, fabrication and installation.

Introducing studio artist Simon Woolham. Many thanks to Simon, for creating the rubbings that form the basis of our Open Studios poster design.

The Circle, The Triangle, The Square are graphite rubbings and textures drawn from the history of Rogue Artists' Studios CIC. The designs offer a nod to the site’s history as a place of primary education, bringing elements of its past into our upcoming Open Studios.

Meet our new Studio Artist, Rosie Booth, ahead of our Open Studios on Saturday 19th September, 12–8pm, followed by an after party.

Rosie explores the relationship between containment and expansion through metal perforations and drawings. Inspired by natural patterns and meditative processes, her work combines precision, repetition and intense focus, creating a dialogue between restriction and openness.

Meet our Studio Artist, John Hamilton, ahead of our Open Studios on Saturday 19th September, 12–8pm, followed by our after party. 🎨

John is a founder member of Rogue and has been a studio member since 1995. His work spans painting, large-scale drawings and collage.

He is also a published children’s book illustrator, with his fourth book recently published by the Natural History Museum. John Hamilton
