We are a young professional musician couple who rent out our 2 spare rooms for short term lets to theatre professionals. We have 2 Double rooms available for digs our house in Hulme/Trafford, 1 mile from Manchester city centre. It's a modern 3storey, 3bed townhouse with garden. Central location within walking distance or a short bus ride/drive/taxi ride from all concert, show and playhouse venues in Manchester. (Bridgewater Hall, Opera House, Palace Theatre, Lowry, Media City, RNCM, Royal Exchange) Good access to public transport (bus, train and metrolink trams). Secure parking. Bicycles welcome. Free Wifi. Bedding, towels, tea and coffee provided. Shared use of kitchen/diner, including fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery and utensils. Shared use of washing machine and heated airer. Shared use of living room with 40" LCD TV, Blu ray player and Sky TV. Shared use of garden. Separate guest bathroom shared only between the two available rooms and additional downstairs W.C. (We have our own bathroom separate from the guest one). Pet free and non smoking house. (Smoking permitted in the garden.) Musician guests are welcome to practice in their room. £100/week. £20/night for single occupancy. £135/week. £25/night for a couple sharing a room.
