The Ultimate 70s Show is a totally live stage show celebrating the rock and pop idols of the 1970s. Featuring the music of Slade, T.Rex, The Sweet, David Bowie, Suzi Quatro, Alice Cooper, Mott the Hoople and Queen but to name a few.

Live - an evening of new music spotlighting Wythenshawe's up-and-coming young music talent - returns to the on 11 June.

The event is a showcase for new music created during the weekly Amplify Wythenshawe, music-making sessions for instrumentalists, rappers and singers aged 11-17, held in the .

Aged 19-30? Interested in learning how to DJ? Come along to the Creative Space and get involved with Reform Radio at this interactive DJ workshop.

This taster session will give you:
>>> Hands-on experience on the decks.
>>> Insight into the ins-and-outs of DJ life.
>>> Knowledge and experience of a range of genres.
>>> Understanding of the basics of crossfading, beat-matching and beginner level mixing.

This workshop serves as an introduction to a 2-week DJ programme. You can also find out more about wider training and learning opportunities for 19-30 year olds at in partnership with , such as employability programmes using radio, music, podcasting and DJing to support wider personal and professional development.

Over 80 per cent of participants progress into a positive outcome – be it employment, volunteering or further training.

No booking required – just drop in.
