Today, in light of the situation with COVID-19, we have made the very difficult decision to temporarily close The Escape Room Manchester, with immediate effect.
In our efforts to protect our wonderful customers and staff, we believe that this is the responsible thing to do.
This is an incredibly difficult time for everyone, but we are committed to honouring all of our existing bookings when we reopen. May we politely ask that you consider simply rescheduling your existing bookings with us, instead of opting for a refund.
You do not have to do anything - your existing bookings will automatically be placed on hold, and we will contact you again to make arrangements to reschedule when we reopen.
Finally, please stay safe and healthy, look after yourselves and your loved ones and thank you for supporting The Escape Room over the years. We can’t wait to see you again when this is all over.
