This special programme includes highlights from Braziers International Film Festival, including this year’s award-winning film Vibrations from Gaza, directed by Rehab Nazzal. To start the programme, we’re delighted to welcome poet Nikki Mailer, reading from her debut poety collection Collecting the Bones. The poems explore Nikki’s roots, her Jewish heritage, justice for Palestine, and themes of anti-oppression, resistance and liberation.

Jimmy Turnbull is an Aussie DJ & Producer based in Manchester UK. From Acid bass to disco strings, Jimmy's sets will take you there and back again with a variety of musical influences. House is at the center of Jimmy's sound but expect to hear a sprinkle of disco, Italo & garage with plenty of curve balls to keep things interesting. Unafraid of a powerhouse vocal he'll take you to church before making you a sinner.

Since moving to Manchester Jimmy has carved out his own slice of the city. With regular appearances on Reform Radio you may have heard some of his original productions. If you've got your ear to the ground, you've probably seen Jimmy's name pop up at The Warehouse Project, WOM in Ibiza, We Out Here Festival and a host of other events.
