Dance Fit Charlotte Searle It's a Dance/exercise class for ALL set in the dark with disco lights for that fun feel! Everyone is welcome.! we currently have ages 15-85!!! 😱💪❤️drop in !!

There is a wide range of music and styles from Abba and Elton John to Cardi B and Little Mix! MON: Dance Fit 7-8pm £7 Chorlton Park Primary

TUES: Dance Fit 8-9pm £7 LYMM LEISURE CENTRE

WED: Dance Fit 6-7pm £7 Chorlton Park Primary

THURS: Dance Fit 6-7pm £7 Chorlton park primary

FRI: Dance Fit. 9.30-10.30am £7 Firswood Community centre,M32 8QS (behind. the Beacon Centre)

It was super hot last week, but we still had lots of fun, especially on Thursday celebrating our lovely Alex O'Neill 's birthday!

What a week!!!! 🥵🌞🔥
HUGE well done to everyone bonkers enough to have come to a class this week, it has been a scorcher! We have tweaked playlists to take out the crazy ones, jumped a little less high, pom pom bits stuck to our sweaty arms, Jen Shuttleworth danced barefoot as she couldn't bear to put socks on, Laura Broster had sweaty eyeballs, Amita Rana ran around spraying us with water this morning at regular intervals, and we even skipped Wepa this morning!!!! That is how hot we were!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Well done you crazy bunch 🙌😘 hope everyone has a fab weekend. Hopefully next week will be a little cooler....
