This week at Mindful Acting ✨

Access emotion, stay sharp and go deeper into scene work.
Drop in on Monday for our weekly acting class, continue scene study on Tuesday as the current block wraps and the next one opens and reset your craft on Wednesday with the Actor’s Workout.

Scene Study is back on Thursdays starting in March, and the March session is already nearly sold out.

Private coaching sessions are also available throughout the week.

Mindfulness of Judgement

Judgment only ever leads to more judgment. Whether it’s externally, by one person judging another, or internally by a person judging themselves. A person who is being judged by another, will inevitably either judge back in return or internalise the judgment, thereby judging themselves. A process that leads once more to them judging others.

Check out the short audio clip which offers a simple, grounded way to relate more kindly to our experience, especially in moments of self-criticism or comparison.

We’re back in the room for our weekly Actors Workout Class, designed to keep your craft active, sharp, and grounded.

Every Wednesday we work practically and playfully, digging into scenes, exploring on-camera technique, and building confidence through repetition and honest feedback. It’s a supportive space to take risks, stay curious, and keep momentum in your acting practice, whether you’re polishing a self-tape or simply getting reps in.
