Trio Grande brings together Gilad Hekselman (Gilad Hekselman) Will Vinson (Will Vinson) and Nate Wood (Nate Wood) in a trio format unlike any other 🥁 🎸 🎹

It might look like there’s no bass player, but there are in fact three: Nate Wood is one of the few musicians able to play drums and bass simultaneously at an exceptional level, while Vinson doubles on keyboards and Hekselman creates intricate, interwoven lines across the guitar. Together, they create a sound as expansive as a group twice their size.

Their music moves between complex rhythmic ideas, expansive soundscapes and deeply melodic compositions, with each piece shaped by the group’s ability to shift roles and respond instinctively to one another.
