Team Member of the Month: 💛 Jess Taylor 💛 (far left!)
Jess has been an integral part of the Concerts By Candlelight family since the very beginning, and it’s impossible to imagine the team without her! As our Director of Operations and Events, Jess is the driving force behind so much of what makes every concert run seamlessly!
If you know Concerts By Candlelight… you know Jess.
Unbelievably hardworking, focused, and endlessly supportive, Jess gives her all to every single project and process. From coordinating venues and managing logistics to supporting the team, musicians and performers behind the scenes, she approaches everything with professionalism, care, and incredible attention to detail.
But what truly makes Jess so special is the way she does it all with such kindness and positivity. She’s always willing to help and always there for everyone around her. Her dedication never goes unnoticed, and she’s deeply appreciated by the entire team!
The venues, production teams, performers, contacts on and people we work with rave about Jess (and we can’t blame them!), not only for how exceptional she is at what she does, but for how lovely she is to work with. She builds such strong relationships wherever she goes, and represents Concerts By Candlelight with warmth, passion, and genuine care.
Jess plays a huge role in making every show possible, and the impact she has on the company is immeasurable.
