Our Cooking Together Japanese experience is a relaxed evening of cooking, eating and learning together. 🇯🇵🍜

You’ll cook as a pair with guidance from our chef, starting with a demonstration before making dishes such as Yakitori with Japanese Slaw and Pork Gyoza in Miso Broth. Between cooking, you’ll sit down and enjoy each course together, with dessert prepared by chef to finish the evening.

Each ticket is for two people, so you can come with a partner, friend or family member and enjoy the whole experience together. 👨‍🍳

Our Curries of India class is a hands-on session covering some of the techniques behind a few classic dishes. 🌶️

You’ll make Chicken Biryani, Black Dhal and Prawn Balti, learning how to balance spices, build flavour and create sauces from scratch. Chef will also demonstrate chapati and green chutney to serve alongside your dishes. 🍛

This is an individually booked class, with one ticket per person, and it’s suitable for all abilities. 👨‍🍳

The next class takes place on Saturday 26 September.

Dan will be working with seasonal ingredients to create a menu full of flavour and fine dining touches. You’ll cook together, pick up professional techniques along the way and sit down to enjoy each course you’ve made. 🍽️

A glimpse into our Japanese Cooking Together class, captured by JAY EATS 🇯🇵

From chicken yakitori and spicy slaw to handmade dumplings and ramen. 🍜

Our Artisan Bread Making Classes cover different doughs, shaping techniques and flavours, with breads including plaited and knotted loaves, focaccia and soda bread. You’ll make several breads during the class and take your creations home with you.

For anyone wanting to get into sourdough, our Sourdough Bread Making Classes cover the whole process, including creating and looking after your starter, working with different grains, shaping your dough and getting those classic sourdough patterns. 🥖 You’ll also leave with a starter, a partly made loaf and your own dough ready to bake at home.

Both classes are suitable for all abilities, so you don’t need any previous bread making experience. 👩‍🍳
