Hi Grown Ups ✨

‼️ We can confirm classes will NOT be running tonight, Wednesday or Thursday due to the heat ‼️

We’ve gone into the studio this afternoon to assess whether classes could run and even with the shutters down and fans on it still feels very humid in the air and is currently sitting at 28 degrees.

We always try our best to work around any obstacles to ensure classes can still run safely and effectively but on this occasion the risks outweigh the benefits.

Please accept our apologies.

Keep hydrated and we’ll see you soon! 💧

Join us on our fun-tastic Fridays as we take part again in hosting Parktastic!!

We will be in Sunny Brow Park on the following Fridays to bring you lots of free summer fun, games and activities.

Fancy taking on your friends in a game of dodgeball? Or trying your hand at archery? You might just want to have a quiet game of badminton with your bestie... We have something for everyone!
