Hey everyone, sorry I haven’t been active recently. I’ve been so busy with other things I’ve not had the time to do any art.

I will be taking a break until 1st October, practicing and then I will do commissions from then. If you guys have any suggestions for commissions you’d like or art you would like to buy please let me know!

I’ll be starting college this September, so 3 days a week I won’t be able to work on projects, with around a month of a 2 day work placement, depending on my schedule, during October-November I can only focus on my business 2 days a week (weekends), by December I should be finished and back to 4 days a week, but I will let you all know!

Hi, I’m Ruby, the face of Art By Rubes!🩵

I created this page to show off artwork, create commissions of art for people, and hopefully make this a beautiful little business🫶🏻

I’ve been into art and using different techniques and materials since I was a kid. My favourite drawing tools are paint pens, but I also love oil pastels! I am also Level 1 Bronze arts award qualified, and I did that this year.

Outside of arty stuff, I love watching football, working on cars, spending time with family (especially Roxy, my brother in law’s dog), heavy metal music, playing darts and watching films!
