The morning this week will be at the usual time of 10.30am (UK time) on Monday 3rd August but there will be no Friday evening session as I will be working at the Edinburgh Fringe for most of August. Back in a few weeks (probably the beginning of September.

In the image is a wonderful drawing by Tore Bahnson of one of my favourite poses to hold. All scrunched up! It won’t be in the session this week as I only did it two weeks ago but there will be a back pose in a similar position.
