A little love letter to Manchester club culture:

Some of the best stories to come out of this city started in our clubs. Manchester’s legacy wasn’t just built on the venues. It was built by the people who showed up, danced and connected.

A lot of the places that shaped generations have now sadly been lost and we’re seeing it continue to happen, but we’re lucky to still have spaces like that continue to champion music, independent nights and local artists.

The best way to celebrate the legacy of the places we’ve lost is to keep showing up for the ones we still have.

Tomorrow we land at Soup basement from 11PM with one of our favourite local selectors to celebrate all that is sacred in keeping club culture alive.

A little look back at our 4th birthday with the mighty .fab

Massive love to everyone who came down, danced with us and made it such a special one. It felt like a proper celebration of the community we’ve built over the last few years. .studio felt like the perfect spot to do it in too.

Very happy to finally be welcoming Finn to SOUP in a few weeks’ time for a proper celebration of dance music and club culture.

From his NTS Radio ‘Sunday Club’ broadcasts and countless dancefloors across the city, Finn has spent the last decade shaping Manchester’s underground with sets that move effortlessly between garage, house, grime, Baltimore and Jersey club.

Four years of STELLS loading… 📡

Last weekend we headed over to Sheffield to link up with .fab ahead of our .studio party next month.

We spoke about the importance of community, got a tour of the studio, and were gifted a signed copy of his debut album, ‘Deeper Dance Archives’ — which we’ll be paying forward to one lucky dancer on the night (…more giveaway deets soon 🎁)
