👋 Want to expand your social circle, meet new friends, or try something fresh and exciting?

🎭 Artful Aging: A Journey of Body, Mind & Spirit for Seniors

Theatre of Choice (TOC) warmly invites adults aged 60 and above to join our free creative workshops featuring body movement, music, and drama activities — offering you a brand-new and meaningful experience!

This programme is part of our initiative to reduce loneliness and social isolation and to support older adults in staying active, expressive, and connected within their community.

Are you aged 60+ and looking for something fun, creative, and meaningful on Tuesday mornings?

We invite you to join a free 12-week workshop series designed to inspire connection, creativity, and wellbeing through body movement, music-making, and drama — no experience needed!

🗓 Date: Every Tuesday from 30 September to 23 December 2025
