Wednesday was class. Thanks so much for supporting our club. We're really trying to bring something special to Manchester and that doesn't work without you guys!
We're taking a little break until our next gig on September 21st now, details released in the next month or two.
Manchester is one of the most vibrant city's in the world for stand-up though, so in the meantime why not check out the wealth of comedy the city has to offer?...
The Frog and Bucket Comedy Club runs a gong show for new acts on a Monday and top level club comedy on the weekends.
XS Malarkey is Manchester's best indie gig and runs every Tuesday.
Jokes At The Oaks is a brilliant free (donations asked for at the end of the show) new material night and also runs on Tuesday
Wednesday has The Comedy Balloon. I think it's the longest running new act night in the country. Well worth visiting.
Castlefield Comedy Club runs on Sundays where pro comics test new bits.
Then there is Comedy in a Van, running gigs across the NW, one of the best independent promoters of comedy in the UK, including doing sound and lights for us a Bath Bombs!
Jim (our compere) is gonna be running a couple of small, cheap, low pressure new material dates in the NQ in the next couple of months as well. As he starts getting ready for his next filmed show. Keep 'em peeled.
There are loads more I've missed too. Get out there and share the laughter. Thanks again and see you soon!
