We are receiving a HUGE amount of messages regarding timings along with enquiries, PLEASE appreciate that we only have a small team of admin Elves and we are trying to get back to everyone asap.

All remaining timings will be given out over the course next couple of days.

As stated when booking, no timings requests can be accepted due nor are we able to send timings until the route has been calculated the best way for our Elves.

📣 IMPORTANT ELF ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

We are currently in the process of giving out timings to all bookings, please appreciate that this is a lot of messages going out for a very small team of Admin Elves!

Everyone will get given a timeslot and this happens approximately 10-14 days prior to visit date!
This can only happen once the bookings have closed for this specific date and the route between all houses has been calculated.

As stated upon booking, WE CANNOT guarantee any timing requests because timings are based on the easiest route for the Elves, please consider this when making a booking!

We will message you when your time is ready, if you message us unfortunately we will struggle to reply due to the amount of messages we receive ✨
