🎬 What a Saturday! Manchester, you were amazing!❤️

A HUGE thank you to the brilliant Director SARAH ESDAILE for travelling all the way to Manchester to deliver such an inspiring ‘Auditioning for TV’ workshop! ✨

From navigating the casting process to building a sustainable acting career, Sarah shared so many invaluable insights, practical acting tools and golden nuggets of wisdom! 💫

But what made the day extra special was the wonderfully supportive and creative space Sarah created, giving actors the freedom to explore and really throw themselves into the work. 🙌

For the first time, Trinity Fox brings its world-exclusive TV & Film training to Manchester!

🎬Credits include acting as Storyline Consultants and police/military Advisers to BBC ‘The Capture’ series 1-3. The instructors gave personal tactical training to the lead actors Holliday GRAINGER and Killian SCOTT and supported the filming of scenes as on set advisors. The instructors also played SAS and CTSFO roles.

On ‘The Lords Day’ with Damson IDRIS the instructors gave tactical training to all the lead actors during a weeks bootcamp on set and then gave further personal tactical training to Damson for his demanding role as an SF operator. The advisors also provided on set support for filming.

We had the absolute joy of welcoming the incredible Casting Director OLISSA ROGERS into the room! ❤️

A brilliant casting director, a powerhouse of knowledge and — above all — an exceptionally lovely human.

Olissa shared so much of her expertise and insight with our actors, offering specific, tailored direction and creating a space where everyone could explore, take risks, play and have FUN with the work. 🎬✨

And a huge thank you to all the wonderful actors who chose to spend their weekend with us — bringing their talent, generosity, curiosity and brilliant energy into the room.

There’s something pretty special about a room full of actors getting to play, learn, connect and grow together. ❤️

🎬 WHAT WORKSHOPS! ☕️🍪❤️

A huge thank you to the brilliant Casting Director Sonia Allam for joining us and giving our actors such an open, insightful and refreshingly down-to-earth look at the industry. 🙌

One of the biggest takeaways? The industry can feel far more intimidating than it actually is.

Sonia broke down misconceptions, demystified the casting process and spoke with such honesty about what really happens on the other side of the casting table.

No smoke and mirrors. No industry mystique. Just a real conversation about the work, the process and the people behind it. 🎭

And what made the session particularly special was the individual advice Sonia gave each actor — Sonia took the time to engage with each actor individually, offering practical industry insight they could take forward with them.

Thank you Sonia for leaving actors more informed, more empowered and with a clearer understanding of the industry they’re building a career in.

And, thank you for your generosity and for making the room feel so open and relatable. ❤️
