Pink skies sunset tonight 💖

Perfect timing coming back from a quick overnight trip to London to see Zach Bryan. He was incredible!

Something special about singing our hearts out with thousands of people to those songs that keep me calm, keep us dancing round the kitchen with the kids, and remind me to notice and enjoy the little moments of being a mum, being in nature and running this business!

London was fun… and we’re happy to be home in Yorkshire refreshed and ready for summer and 7 days a week opening!

🐥 Very cute & fluffy ducklings (just days old)
💦 Tiny newts at the nature ponds
🐝 Hundreds of honeybees in the hive
🌺 Hummingbird hawk-moths in the gardens

Each June weekend brings magical new changes to our biodiverse gardens and you’ll find hidden treasures and adventures around every corner. It’s a family day out everyone enjoys!

Come this weekend if you can, the wildflowers are brimming with insects and bees. We spotted a beautiful hummingbird hawk-moth earlier this week!

🐝 Woldies is open every weekend during June (closed during the week) and then open daily from 1 July until 6 September.

🩷 We’ve been captivated this morning by the soft ‘chirp chirp’ of an insect we’ve never seen before at Woldies. A pink grasshopper!

A great sign that our garden ecosystem is working wonderfully to support local insects.
