✨ We were delighted to welcome Gemma Scholes back to Theatretrain Maidstone as a guest teacher covering our Musical Director today! 🎶

Gemma has been part of our Theatretrain family for many years, and we love to see our students inspired and empowered in her lessons 🤩👏🏻

Gemma trained at Bird College and started her professional career in 42nd Street in Paris before joining the Original London West End Cast of Young Frankenstein at the Garrick Theatre. She then went on to perform in the West End production of Matilda at the Cambridge Theatre.

After six years covering lead roles in the West End, Gemma took on the role of Miss Honey in the International Tour of Matilda the Musical. Her other credits include the Olivier Awards 2018 at the Royal Albert Hall, BBC’s Big Night of Musicals 2023, What’s New Pussycat? (Workshop, ATG), and Matilda (Netflix, 2022).

Thank you Gemma 💙✨
