Hop Shed Theatre Company Chickenshed, The Symbol Trust and New Line Learning Academy are delighted to announce that they will be bringing inclusive theatre to Kent.

Hop Shed Theatre Company will be providing inclusive performing arts workshops for the community from September 13 Our mission is to create entertaining and outstanding theatre that celebrates diversity and inspires positive change. Chickenshed is a theatre company with 39 years experience in teaching and creating theatre. They are renowned for their inclusive approach to making theatre which mean

s working with people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to create work that is inspired by the people taking part. The result is vibrant, uplifting and imaginative theatre that is hugely enjoyed by both participants and audiences alike.

At Hopshed we're excited to say that we've been teaming up with Positive About Down Syndrome and Symbolconnect to run online theatre workshops!

These will be held via Zoom on Wednesdays, for all ages!

Our Children's Theatre will run from 11.30am - 12.30pm!

Young People and Adults group from 2.15pm - 3.15pm!

Sing and Singing PADS preschool group will be 3.45pm - 4.25pm!

Full of songs, dancing, story telling.. and maybe.. some sock puppets!

Everyone is welcome!

Zoom codes will be posted prior to the sessions, please get in contact with any question!

If you are interested in volunteering in the groups please get in contact! There's always space for more ideas, and more creativity!
