Oxo Workshops 2026: We have big discounts available for charities and community groups wishing to attend our 'Wild at Art' workshops.

Summer Holiday Countdown: 1 month! ☀️ Here are some adorable studio moments from May Half Term >>>

During the Half-Term heatwave, our young artists kept cool in the breeze of the aircon doing what they do best: creating, exploring, and making new friends. Now, we're gearing up to our Summer Holiday Workshops - running all summer long!

Choose from:
🕐 Full-day sessions – 5 hours of art + a lunch break to refuel
⏰ Half-day sessions – 2 hours of creative fun (morning or afternoon)

We will celebrate David Hockney in the evolving seasons, in paintings of sausage dogs, and swimming pool scenes. We will remember him when a student says: "can I do my project like this?". Hockney made a splash in the art scene because he did things his own way.

David Hockney is an important part of our programme - partly because he's one of the most influential artists of the modern era. We also celebrate him because of his individual style! We encourage our students to find creative confidence of their own, celebrating unique creativity from their first lesson.

Summer Term Progresssssss 🐍 Take a look at the work in your studio (and beyond) as we tour the UK-wide Oxo preparations. It's heartwarming to see everyone working as a team - from age 6-80+!

Whether your child is taking part in Oxo, or not, your teachers are on hand to share progress - whether that's via text, email, or in person at the end of class! Part of our ethos is individually prepping for each child's lesson so that we're able to adapt their learning to their needs, in ways that will boost their understanding and confidence.

Haven't got a certificate yet? Participating students can pick one up when they visit Oxo 🔍🐅

NEW Adult Short Courses, Starting Summer 2026 🌞 Keep Creativity Simmering between terms >>>

Botanical Workshop: Draw, Paint & Collage 🌿

Our Botanical Workshop is a full-day intensive art experience designed for adults of all abilities who want to explore creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment. Create nature-inspired artwork that is unique and personal to you.

Workshop Structure:
🧑‍🎨 Part 1: Learn techniques with watercolour, oil pastels, and coloured pencils to create playful mixed media flower studies.
☕ Refuel between sessions: Lunch is provided, please email the studio directly regarding dietary requirements.
🧑‍🎨 Part 2: Creating texture and pattern with acrylic paint to construct a botanical inspired collage.
💬 Part 3: Learn from a 30 minutes reflection and group discussion at the end of the day.
