Especially when doing an early-morning class and you've only had 3 hours of sleep! 😪🏋️

While our team might need an extra coffee today, it’s a great moment to highlight something crucial: Rest and recovery are just as essential as getting your workout in.

You don't get results during the workout; you get them when your body recovers afterwards! Prioritising sleep, staying hydrated, and taking scheduled rest days helps keep your mind sharp and your body safe from injury.

Train hard, but don't forget to rest hard too! 💪💤
