Looking for a relaxing way to spend your Sunday morning?

Join us on Sunday 7 June for coffee, cake and an hour of live music from the Aster Duo โ€“ violinist Nyra Jain and cellist Chloe Chua, two outstanding young musicians from the Royal Northern College of Music.

Their programme ranges from the fiery virtuosity of Paganini and the drama of Handel-Halvorsen's Passacaglia to favourites by Brahms, Beethoven and Ravel.

Having already performed at venues including the Lowther Pavilion and Goosfest, the duo are quickly building a reputation for their engaging performances and adventurous repertoire.

A joyful family concert as part of the Bollington Festival ๐ŸŽถ

On Sunday 17 May at 10.30am, Northerly Winds bring a Roald Dahl Extravaganza to Bollington Arts Centre. Expect witty, imaginative settings of Revolting Rhymes by Martin Butler, alongside Little Red Riding Hood and The Three Little Pigs by Paul Patterson, perfect for families and younger listeners.

Performed by a superb wind ensemble of North West freelancers whose credits include the Hallรฉ, BBC Philharmonic Orchestra and Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.

A fun, friendly introduction to live classical music.

Season Tickets for our 2026โ€“27 Concert Season are now on sale! ยฃ125 for six concerts, all on Saturday evenings. It is the best-value way to enjoy the full season, with a guaranteed seat and a carefully curated journey through chamber music across the year.

This season brings together outstanding performers, opening on 19 September with the Aestus Quartet followed by the Gould Piano Trio on 31 October and the Villiers Quartet on 28 November.

In the new year, we welcome Ensemble 360 on 16 January, then violinist Hugh Mackay with pianist Julian Chan on 13 February. The season concludes on 3 April with the internationally acclaimed Wihan Quartet.

Jamie Howe is a rising star of the viola world, currently a postgraduate at the Royal College of Music. He has performed at Carnegie Hall and the Berlin Konzerthaus, and worked with conductors including Sir Simon Rattle and Sir Antonio Pappano.
