Hi everyone, it’s with sadness that I’m announcing I’ll be closing my business down therefore have opened my online store back up with a huge sale on everything. Sophie-Jackson.co.uk

As we all know things are really tough at the moment and have been for us all for a while. I was really struggling to make any money from my business for the majority of last year, and then me and Sam bought a house which was such a huge personal achievement for the two of us that meant biz stuff got sidelined and packed away. The time away has allowed me to reflect and realise it’s just not the right time at the moment.

I’ve got a new job which I’m really excited to start in a months time and I’ll be channeling all my energy into that and looking forward to not stressing about orders/stock/markets/spreadsheets/finances and having a clearer desk space and being able to use our spare room a bit more!

If you would like to grab a bargain, please shop online or you can catch me at a few markets until my stock is gone. I’ll be at West Didsbury on Sunday if you are local and fancy popping over.

Thank you so much for all your support over the last 3 and a half years. It’s been a dream and a real rollercoaster. I’ve achieved a lot and proud of myself for putting my stuff out there for the world to see 🥰

A few updates of recent life…
(Disclaimer - neither cats are ours! Just nosey neighbourhood cats who wander where they like)
I’ve been very quiet over the past few months on here with not knowing what to do business wise. Buying our first home and moving in has been busy, exciting and stressful all at the same time. We’ve painted the bedroom, replaced an extremely old boiler, started sanding a banister rail and still have lots to do!

With all that being said, this business has been on the back burner and I’ve not been sure whether to pick it back up again or leave it in 2022.
After lots of soul searching and toing and froing, I’m ready to get back to it and I’m feeling excited again, with lots of ideas buzzing around my head!

I’ve put my website on pause for now, and Etsy will be getting officially closed. I’m going to go through all my stock and get things in order, revamp the website and I’ll be back up and running soon!

In the mean time, feel free to message me on here to order anything and I’ll try and keep it more up to date. I’ll also be trading at a local market in Macclesfield on June 11th which I’m looking forward to.

We got the keys • made friends with the neighbours • admired the features • moved in. What a weekend this has turned out to be. Very proud of us and can’t wait to make our first house a home 🥰

I thought I would highlight my favourite features of my recycled notepads, I still have a few left at the bargain price of £4! :
1. The pastel coloured paper takes away the anxiety of staring at a bright white blank page and makes it easier to start writing on. It’s also easier to read your writing, especially for those with dyslexia etc to read back if there isn’t such a glaring contrast between paper and pen
2. The tear off sheets take away commitment issues. Nervous to spoil the page? Don’t be because you can just tear it off and put it in the recycling! Also means it’s great for list writing as you can just take the top page and put it in your pocket for when you need it
3. The lines mean I get the best use of the sheet and makes the notepad versatile for lots of different uses such as shopping list, to do list, note jotting, reminders….
4. It looks pretty when it’s sitting on your desk 🥰

Last day for postage will be Friday! Any orders placed between now and 1pm Friday will be posted, then I’ll be closing my online shop until the new year. If you fancy one last shop in person to catch some deals before Crimbo, I’ll be at the Bombed out Church in Liverpool on Sunday, then I’ll be swapping the thermals for pjs and the flask of tea for a Buck’s Fizz! 🎄✨🥂
