As a final post to this page I have to advise that Mike McDonald, creator of Monks Bay Model Railway, who had been seriously ill for some time, passed away on 18th April 2016.

Monks Bay Model Railway has now closed permanently. Its been a great few years and thanks to everyone that helped and visited us.
